As Ele/Mes, using Air Skill, i don't get it when it says 25% Armor penatration ... can someone tell me wat does it trying to say? Show exp please

remember, there is not only BackFire, Empathy too, whether u attack, ur get dmg ... The way i just think of is to .... Run Away ... until duration...

Shatter Hex myself? i used to think of that Remove a "Hex" from target ally. If a Hex is removed, foes near that ally take 22-116 damage...
