In the early stages of the game, yes it is quite possible to get a high enough lvl to get no XP from Charr. The real question is, what lvl are you?

15>50 means the weapon has +15% damage while health is above 50 % and 20<50 = +20% damage while health is below 50 %. As for max on weapons...

Something like 900 hours in 7 months. Thats in some of my free time at college.
I made quite a few runs, but that is out of only 5 chests. The seems to always be atleast 1 chest in evey spwan, and it is possible to get to them...
Well I've gotten 3 golds and 2 purples, so I guess you are just haveing bad luck for not getting any golds.
