Thanks for all the help, but I found out where I was. I needed to do the mission Unwaking Waters. I had thought that is was a competive mission...

I already did Befrending the Kurzicks but do I also have to do Befrending the Luxums? I might have already done Eternal Grove but I'll go check.

The only primary quest I have right now is takeing me to one of the competive missions...Im really stuck...and last I check, Guild Wiki was down...
