Yea its easy... the run takes 25 - 45 mins depending if you have a good group. I did it a couple times a day for about a week and went from rank 6...

2000 hrs + best drop was req.8 perfect gothic sword..... and a fluke of a weapon right before factions came out, a +5 nrg axe that sold 100k plus...
