I get that with a caged shortbow, sometimes its 3D, but others it actually turns 2D and you can actually pan the camera in front of it and...

Don't forget the dungeon quests - Frostmaws Burrows gives you a nice 3,000 norn points while Darkrime Delves and Ravens Point give 1,500 each...
