Once you hit Endure, you shouldn't be using any skills from then on other than ripostes, otherwise you're doing something wrong.

Basically, you need a zealous sword. You just keep blocking his attacks as much as possible with the ripostes until you get him down to around...

This is actually insanely easy with 55 and Sliver Armor.
