you have to get to the "main place" of each faction to do that i believe.( Luxon=cavalon, Kuzick= House zu heltzer)

It would be cool to have more different options but so far it is not needed, anet can spend there time on gameplay and more exciting content, or...

It's pretty cool but my ritualist will get priority over my warrior for now because my warrior has a set already, nothing it'd grind to...

Yeah but you can get it in any of the skins so it doesnt matter, i'm almost tempted to get the set that looks like it from pre lol.
