The standard Sabway template is great for 90%+ of areas. For the other 10%, you have to use some initiative and adapt your heroes' builds...

Kamadan is home to the black-dyed-obsidian-chaos-ninja-failures. I don't like it either but I only go to Spamadan if necessary.

I like the way that Norn, Dwarven and Vanguard NPCs get nicer with higher ranks but Asuran NPCs become less condescending and arrogant.
