Still waiting on a fix. 80% in to my vanquish I disconnected and it wouldn't let me back in. Funny how it takes me back to the log-in screen...

I'm sick of this now. It's NOT my connection. I vanquish 70%+ of an area then get error 7'd out without the option of reconnecting....

I think they appear there once you've done all 3 Asura, Norn and Vanguard quests on your character. The storyline then dictates that you do...

There were Fast Casting and Soul Reaping spells in the alphas/betas that weren't introduced in the final release but the FC/SR offhands/wands...
