I use life transfer, life siphon, energy tap, shadow strike, vamp gaze, barbed sig, res sig. I used it in random arena worked pretty well.
maybe add glad def? *shrugs* I am still working on just running to the damn mineral springs . Hope I can get there and make some money before...
