this is quite pointless really... if there was no lvl cap... pvp-only charas would be impossible to have and if gw gets rid of pvp-only charas,...

not sure, but im leaning towards no reasoning: savage shot deals extra dmg if it hits a person casting a spell so gw checks for the condition,...

wut r ur pc specs? try runnin gw at the very lowest detail settings, if ur not doin so already the most sure-fire way to see performance increase...
