Adding mods will not increase the cost of the item by that much, it's usually a waste to add sundering to any weapons you plan on selling. And...

I got one it's not req. 9 but if you really want one. Mine's purple. Shocking Fellblade of Fortitude Req. 10 max (purple) lightning damage...
