#2 you could sell for 75k or more. #3 and #5 belong to your local merchant. No good upgrades worth the time to salvage and sell. 5 armor hammer...

I'd imagine lower. 100k at most for the 1% from max.

You'd save more time by selling it to merchant. The 2 upgrades look like they were added in after the staff was found.
