I'd merch #4 and also #5. #6: I have one of these too (req9 Death, HCT Prot 20%) But there's a no way to PC those mixed attribute Staffs....
Celestial Sword matches pretty well, but a Chaos Axe in the same color looks amazing.
I'd merch if it's not inscribable.
I'd say 10k or so, but get more input.

I'd just merch it. Don't bother modding it. Even req9 Sephis Axes can be bought for 5k or so.
