I like stuff like that (and have quite a few +1 Attribute shields), but most collectors or people who want to use them only want 2-modded shields....

HSR 19% on Bo will make it extremely hard to sell, or someone not noticing it. 100k seems quite much for that, no collector will buy staves with...
