A bad non-max damage mod is just less pretty than no mod at all. That's probably the reason. But I have to agree... It's kinda stupid

I would say without mods 5k max. But very hard to sell. I'd probably salvage and merch.
Agreed on #1. They're quite wanted. I wouldnt merch #5. Put it on sale and I'm sure you get a few bids.
