Merch the shield. Only 1 mod and you can't upgrade it. Sword probably ~10k or so, but wait for more opinions.

I'd salvage the Focus Core of the Ceremonial Cauldron and merch it. Merch the Healing Ankh too. Single mod and not upgradeable.

Which skin? Standard, Cantha or Dead Staff? EDIT: Since it's the standard-skin I'd say around 30k +/-
