At the moment Stacks are around 50k or slightly above (+5-10k).
Some Quests are hard, others are not. So? I bet no one complained about killling Molotov in 5 or less mins on multiple chars?
Eagle Defender 20-30k, depending on buyer. Ceratadon probably somewhere slightly above 100k+few globs Axe maybe 50-60k, but unsure.
mods on Celestial Scepter? Since it is not inscr. the mods make the price..... EDIT you post.
