Agreed. Had one in a Sell thread with s/b 10k for weeks with no interest. Over-farmed and utterly ruined skin, unfortunately :/
Gothic - salvage components. Tetsubo - 10-15k or so. Quite a desired skin. Idol - I'd merch or give to a hero. Runic - 3-5kish

+30s sell for 10k or so, so how much do you think will be added to your shield should you upgrade with one? It's not difficult to work out...
Dead sword is worthless. No inherent modifier nor inscription slot. Salvage the 20% vs first (should sell for 5-8k or so) then the Icy (1k). Merch...

Unless it's inscription, then no. Salvage the +5 and merch the skin; single cast bonus inherent staves are worthless.
