Tbh.. Merch the first two and 5-10k if you're lucky for the third. Don't bother with non max items unless close to perfect and very rare skin.
q8 <- 100-200k I'd say. Maybe more 150-200, I haven't sold one of these for quite a while though. q10 <- 50-60kish? Hard to sell q10...
