Some spells or skills make you dazed. It makes it so that you take twice as long to cast spells and you can be interrupted by any attack.

No such thing. There is only fortitude upgrades, which increase your maximum health, not its regen rate.

Of course, +15% damage with no negative is the best for a warrior!
