The armor pieces are 10k each. The new norn armor doesn't use any of the more expensive rare crafting materials. (such as gemstones/ecto/shards)

I believe that the game compensates for lag in some way probably by letting you interrupt for a bit longer after the spell has finished casting....

There probably is a possibility that a program like that exists, but it wouledn't be very effective in my opinion, because most memsers vary...
