ok, assume i am using energy drain lol...then which is better? and then assume im adding +30hp and +30 hp to whichever staff.

question: my current build for my pvp boon prot monk is: RoF, Guardian, Mend Condition, Holy Veil, CoP, Energy Drain, and Boon...that leaves 1...

oh yeah assume i am not using MoR since that makes kep a lot less viable (or a bit less viable)..but thx for posts
