It's a very common end game sheild. Most "reasonable" people sell it IG for 60k there are a few bad apples though trying to rip people...

I agree on 90k req. 8 or 9 isn't that big of a deal for me but the "while enchanted' vs. 15^50 or 15 -5 is a breaker on this one for me...

30-50k for Wng's is the going rate for the Runic - if it's clean like that - i'd say 20-25k IMO... if it were a lower req. i'd say...

since it's not Max, i'd say 75-90k if it were max i'd go over 100k, but just can't exactly say it for sure.

With the addition of many new skins and with several different types of shields lately, it's harder to judge a shield based on stats alone....
