You are going to want the +axe helm. Even if you were to settle for 15 axe, youd be better off having the axe helm and dropping the axe stat one....

How about War secondary. Can do Bed of Coals + None Shall Pass! combo and throw in an Aftershock if you wanna stay Fire/Earth.

I wear Nightstalker's Chest/Legs, Bleeding resist gloves, Energy boots.

I use a similar set up: A/Mo Aura of Displacement [E] Golden Phoenix Strike Horns of the Ox Falling Spider Twisting Blades Shadow Refuge...
