I've sold 2 req 8 +30 hp Celestials for 100k+5 ecto without problems. I'd push it for 150-200k+ I think. As for the wand, I can't see...

Agreed. Never mod items you want to sell. The mods are worth more off the weapon than on.

It's imperfect...14-28, not 15-28. I'd say you'd be lucky to get 10k out of it.
