ya, ~25-30k, too bad it isn't a +30 always, then you'd *really* have a nice shield.

there's an early on collector wand that adds atk spd, but thats the only item i've *ever* seen with that mod.

Personally, I'd salvage them both and hope for the good parts. Neither of them have max damage, and thats pretty much a requirement for player...
