i am gonna say 80 to 100k. These are still sought after shields...may want to wait for others tho

if it is non inscribable...maybe 5-7k (max mod but not as desireable as 15^50) if inscribable 15k or so

you should be able to run GW..you won't have all the bells and whistles since you probably won't be able to run it with max settings....

on the collasal run in zhelons whatever... i would talk to the Guard to get the blessing...then cast my spells...often with out retargeting...
