I don't have a copy myself, but if that's all you want there are other programs you can use, most notably Guild Wars Multi Launch (GWML).

I PMed him yesterday to make sure he's aware of the closure. No idea why he stopped updating.
I can't connect to Legacy anymore. Firefox says "The page isn't redirecting properly". Other browsers won't connect either....

You could take the second option further. If you can strip out all of the html tags and whatnot from the raw thread data and get it into .csv...
