try dropping the graphics settings down in the clients. the 8500 is not the most powerful card, so it will most likely struggle with 2 clients on...

no, they wont give you that information just from that. you will need to give them your serial keys, address etc as was said above.
the password reset option wont work, as he said he used a plaync account,so h would need to login to the plaync website to change his details.
so your account name will be [email protected] however, if you cannot remember what that something is, then im afraid no one can help you
