but it lasts 30...55 (not sure the upper edge), which even with energy storage = 0 (like for R/E) makes it lasts 30 seconds +6 with 20% enchant...
still this doesn't affect the build VERY much... with 20% enchants mod, ele attu lasts 30+6 seconds, that's 9 seconds without ele...
