I sold somthing exactly like this but it was req10. I sold it for 5k, you might get alot more for it being Req7.
The Energy Zodiacs would probably sell well due to the +5 energy mod. The Wand is really godly. The first dagger...I dunno.

Yea, Factions eats at your pocketbook for skills. You gotta get skills at Tyria unless you are a Rit or Sin, then you gotta farm for your skills.
