I could be wrong, but doesn't the cutscene trigger as soon as he dies? If so, it would be impossible to cap it, even with a cap sig.

UW trapping is nice too, except the preferred profession is R/Me (for solo, R/W works if you're in a trapping team). And as for your concerns...
