I have 17 Death (on chance) 6 soul reap and 12 fire magic*, i know my soul reaping is low but i like being on the offence

i have 43 energy as a MM and at times it is not enough how cah i raise this up? I am using a spiral rod and bleached skull so i can get lv 17...
