people do full quad runs more then 3 man foundry. Its quicker to do foundry ursanway in about 40 min then 3 manning it and hope you get a drop or two.
its random, just kill things in lvl 20+ areas for 100g + drops.
NF, do quad runs as much as you can before armbraces drop below 100k 10e
