Its b/c they "failed" so they have a party member send them back to the outpost. If they completed it and a timer goes and then sends them...

They want as much armor as possible by just using their left over attributes + a rune.

Don't buy destroyer weapons till we find out what the new weapons going into the HoM will be. Other then that, farm raptors + A/E.
