many people say that 14^50 kills the weapons value, I on the other hand just sold a 14^50 req 8 fellblade for 120k when it was pced for 20, so...
meh, not entirely true. You can generally get more for p mods like that since it's what most people want anyways.

A touchy wouldn't be able to spam skills fast enough to be able to keep up with damage that he's taking if the recharge was longer....
Vampiric gaze is also counted as a "skill" which I think is complete bs. It stops a bunch of the Mesmer skills that would kill touchys...
