Customized a green weapon (Grognar's Sword) when I was a total beginner... and threw it away after 5 minutes because I didn't like it anymore because of the vampiric attribute.

Selling a gold fellblade (pretty sure it was 15^50, or at the very least 15/ench) for 40k. A couple months later I learned that 15^50 fellblades went for 500k+ at the time. But by then I couldn't remember whether it was enchanted or 15^50. If enchanted, then I only lost about 60k on that trade.
I just spammed "Selling gold sword - [mods], message with offer". Some guy asked to see it and then offered 40k. I quickly accepted because 40k was the most I've had at one time and it would finish my set of 15k armor.
Oh well. At least I never got scammed by that platinum/gold swap everyone seems to have fallen for at one time or another.

I went to get Warrior FoW armor. I had spent months getting all the money, ectos, shards, iron, etc. So, we finally got there with my group.
This was basically what I thought to myself at that time:
Ok, where to start....click on Helm. Ok. What next? Oh I didnt get the helm, try again, again. Ok, finally got the helm!. Next...wait, why dont I have enough materials for everything else.
Finally, after about 10 minutes of wondering + questioning guildies as to what could have caused it, I noticed all of the Obsidian Helms in my inventory....You can tell that was a good day for me.
That and selling an Unid Req 8 Crystalline Sword. I got 100k+50 ectos for it but, to this day, I swear it was 15>50.....

What not to do in UW.
1. Ask if everyone is ready and go in when the 55 monk (me) has no healing breeze or spell breaker, oh and 4 attrib in Prot.
2. Go back in after killing the team (2 of us) and instead of blessed signet you take signet of devotion.
3. Take Three. Darling husband runs to aggro a bull when 55 monk is not paying attention and in pm with someone. Can't hit prot fast enough.
4. Take Four. On a roll now. Darling Husband goes after a nightmare and aggros a bull. What do I cast first. Spell Breaker or Prot - either way I'm stuffed. I die, he dies.
5. We're on take five right now.

3. Tried to find a non b/p group in tombs for 3 hours.
4. Ran around LA and Droks asking if maxed req 7-10 shadow, magma, and mursaat weapons were worth anything. Never got an answer besides STFU noob, happened 3 hours ago I still don't know.

Probably when I started a party for Nahpui Quarter, and didn't know there was an "Enter Mission" button. I ran around for about 10 mintues looking for a portal to run into. Needless to say I didn't want to admit I had no idea what to do, so I just left and logged off.

we wanted to play GvG and i was sopoused to play a mesmer with martyr as elite. didnt have it on my mes (always use a pve char btw) and went to cap it in perdition rock. took some henchies made sure i took a capture sig and went out. problem is the boss dwaynas cursed doesnt spawn always and it took me 5 tries and about 30-40 mins to find him. (while constantly beeing anoyed by 7 guildies on vent to hurry up). finnaly i kill him hit capture sig and thats when i realized i was a mes/n.
thats probably the dumbest thing i ever did. well if u ask my guildies they´ll say that solo-attacking a obsidian spike team with my mesmer wielding a fiery dragon sword on courtyard (and getting spiked down) was even more stupid, but dont belive them. it never happened, i didnt die, my pr0 armour saved me.

2nd day I had the game, found a black dye, traded it to someone for a blue dye assuming all were equal. My only consolation is that they were a total noob as well.
Having 16 in hammer as shock axe in HA, raging at team on vent to tell me where the hell their bonder is. Funny thing is we were still dropping plenty of targets with me as the only warrior.

I was buying 15k armour, but I started with no money and no means of making it. So after a gazillion hours of AB'S and selling amber, I had enough for 2 15k pieces. So I went out and bought the materials, went to buy the pants+cuirass. Now, here comes the dumbass part. I double clicked the armour to equip it but I obivously did something wrong and it didn't click. I then sold the 15k pants+cuirass at the merchant thinking i was selling my old armor. It took me 20 minutes to figure out what I had done. I've never actually touched an AB since...
Oh yeah, and I clicked 'Do not allow access' when guildwars asked for server access...I couldn't play until the next update came out and I let it acces my servers, I thought my GW was broke and nearly ended up deleting my account to make another one.

Anyway, basically I accidentally bought the wrong piece and had like 2 hand pieces or whatever it was. Now it takes me 5 minutes to buy 15k armour 'cos I don't trust my own eyes ><

Anyway so I am bored so I go out and start killing stuff with my W she pm's me and asked what I am doing I say "oh I am killing everything so when we do our quest there wil not be any bad guys" I heard her burst out laughing from her room! Then she told everyone she new!

Took my new squishy to Sanctum Cay, went off with the henchmen, and died on the dock, as expected. Since this was my tenth toon, I said to myself, "I don't need this", so I went back to the cay to look for a runner. I had never hired a runner before. First time for everything, right?
The guy wanted 2k from everybody, up front, which was the deal. When we got to the vizier, the punk wants another 2k. That's when I should have left, but after everybody argued with him for five minutes, we all forked out another 2k and started off.
The jackass never gave any instructions, so instead of staying out of the way, half of us ran out onto the dock.
Finding ourselves back at the cay instead of the desert, the advertised "pro" bitched everyone out, refused to refund or run it again the right way, and the last we saw him, he was taking the Stingray Strand exit. 
A few minutes later, a real pro had us in the desert for 500g. I tipped him another 500g -- he deserved it.
Sooo, 5k total for a boat ride to Amnoon. Not one of my prouder moments.

took me 5 min until i see a person with asian characters as his name to figure out i am at international district... awww blissful moments...
then pug'ed again with naipui, we got a balanced team, with healer (me) bonder and tanks nukers... we had everything.... and i got a near max crellenlated sword, finished 2 bosses... then i got err7'ed ><
