With Factions you could get the preorder items as soon as you added the key to your account

btw i live in england and it says on Gamestop shipping 26th of october ??? wtf explain plz and both those cost me around £40.67 which is a hell of lot cheaper as 39.99 just for ce on amazon.

Ok I get it, I will stick with the two slots from just buying the game after it comes out and adding it to my GW/GWF account. Thanks for the feedback.

The actual game goes live Oct 27, so if you order online they'll ship it Oct 26. The prerelease bonus pack goes on sale Sep 15. I'm not sure if gamestop will ship the bonus pack seperate when it goes on sale, or if they'll ship it in October along with the game.
I think what you're reffering to is the bundle that includes the prerelease pack and the actual game as opposed to amazon which only has them seperately.

does anyone know if the "play now" trial key for prophecies/factions is linked to the key for nightfall? in other words, could i use the nightfall bonus key for myself, but give a friend the proph/factions trial key in an attempt get them hooked w/ the trial?

seeing how i already own both factions and prophecies, the trial key would be useless to me.

It's seperate so you can give it to a friend like a demo disc

a Pre+CE combo would be nice but beggers carnt be and all that....

It should be separate. That's how it was in Factions pre-order. One key for the bonus items, another key for the Trial.

I gave my friend the trial key that came in the Factions pre-order, and he was able to play the Factions preview, and Prophecy. (only for a limited time, though).

I think that's what Anet expects you to do.

Don't know what to tell ya, checked amazon.uk and they don't even have the bonus pack listed seperately. Wait til after Sep 15 when it's actually for sale and somewhere will probablly have it listed.

In light of my previous post on the item stats- i totally overlooked the +5e on the spear-> i guess this answers ppls questions about it being a caster weapon too- once you get an enchanting 20% rune, you essentially have a ranged totem axe/R's fervor

that, and the 15/enchanted scythe is really going to be difficult to replace for something better- once you add your favorite runes that is (wtb 20%+1 scythe mastery!)

Uh, you can't Mod these weapons, can you?

Anyway, they already have two Mods, so if you could mod them, it would just erase one of the existing Mods.
