Nightfall Prerelease Bonus Pack Details

im looking forward for bonus nightfall jus becuz of the +1 extra slot to make my ele, is it going to be 50 bucks?? then when the real nightfall box comes out is it gonna be 50 bucks so a total of 100 $$?????

It goes on sale Sep 15. It'll be around 5 bucks. Buy it just about anywhere games are sold.

The pre-release is not the full game. How you get it will vary. It could come when you pre-order or cost you $10 as stand alone. You will still need to purchase the full version of the game to be able to play GW-Nightfall.

It'll most likely be customized for the character your currently logged on when you enter "/bonusitems". Like the weapons from Factions.

You can probably enter "/bonusitems" as often as you like but I think they will be customized, so you'll not be able to sell them.

Well I guess you could try to sell them, doubt anyone'll be that stupid though

Unless theyve changed things for these items, because I have a Sundering War Pick of Hammer Mastery & My spiritbinder is modded as Hale+Channeling +1 I modded my preorder daggers to be Firey Dragon Fangs too...

Dye should also work going on what i currently have seen-

My Hale Spiritbinder of Channeling has purple wraps now.

This is the exciting part for me- because i really wont need +20% enchant time on my dervish (cut them all short with pious strike)

The sunspear looks good as is- Ima keep my eye out for a Furious spear head tho :P

Now, If they would just change the GW1 preorder items (ithas bow, war pick, etc) to be max damage, I would be one happy guy. (war pick is 8-34 dmg but has bonus health without any mods, meaning a max Hammer Fortitude will give you like 50hp total with it... if thats the reason the dmg sucks lol)

its always hard 2 get infor of new games like nightfall fo info in the UK as were last 2 get normally, its a pain in the arse!!!

From EBGame or Gamestop, this prerelease box costs $4.99. So, does that mean we have to pay additional 4.99 to get all those bonus? I remember for Faction, we didn't need to pay extra for those pre-release bonus.

yes you must pay

please remember that the Factions did not include a 9.99 dollar slot as well.

you get the goodies plus a slot for 4.99 so i say it is a bargain at the price.

also it is optional and you can buy the game by itself for the usual price

OMG, I can't believe they are doing this. I know people will say that it's $5 cheaper to get that slot. But money is not the problem here. They totally ruined the meaning of pre-release. We order the game more than a month ahead of release to show our support. But what do we get? A slap in the face. "We don't need your support, we need your $4.99".

yes you have to pay, but you are getting a lot more in this pack than before, including a character slot worth $9.95. So in a way, you are saving money by buying this pack.

And they didn't ruin the meaning of "pre-release" as you said. Why? Becuase this is a seperate product available to buy before the game comes out. You are thinking of a pre-order which is compleatly different. You do not have to pre order the game to get this.

Not necessarily. The EB Games I preordered from does not charge extra.

Its +5 energy instead of 15^50 or anything else of that sort.
