The chimeric prism is bugged with heroes it gives them tons of energy i'll post a screenshot of it later.
i think the reason that it gives an extra 24 energy to the character is because its:
+5 energy
+7(fast casting)
+7(soul reaping)
+7(energy storage)
+3(divine favour 9)
thats 28 energy and I think because its customized it has the +20% for them so the +5 is +6.

Haven't read every page, but the quest "The Lone Raider" has a problem in it.
The quest makes you go outside and talk to a guy there and go killa Corsair. No problems there. But there is a Mandragor spawn near where he stands and about 50% of the time they spawn within his aggro circle and he will run over to them and try to solo them - often times dying before you can get to him to heal him, making you re-zone and come out again to start the quest and hope he doesnt Leeroy.

Also The Hero AI is a KNOWN PROBLEM by Arenanet, they said before the event even STARTED that they knew hero's AI was not smart right now, that their skill usage AI is still under development, so we dont need every other post in this thread saying "ZOMG HEROS USED A SKILL WRONG", only a few posts are needed, detailing what they are doing wrong (incase Anet wants help figuring that out).
Currently:
Bad usage of Maintained Enchantments used on allies (They go down the list and cast them on everyone until they have 1 regen left. Also they will NOT stay at zero regen or below, they'll cancel the enchantments until they get 1 regen, making a Life Bonder hero impossible for bigger teams)
EDIT: I've been told this was fixed, last I tryed was Friday, so theres been 2 million updates that could have allwoed them to go under 0 regen
Bad usage of Monk Enchantments (Hero's will try to "heal" you with whatever enchantments you give them, nomatter what they are. Someone could be getting pounded on and dying and the Hero will cast "Vigorous Spirit" to heal them...Prot hero? almost rediculous right now)
Bad usage of Traps (They set them wherever they happen to be standing at the time they decide to use them)
Bad usage of Interupts (Or rather no interupting outside of you controlling them, equipped some heros with mesmer interupts and they didnt use them wrong - They flat just never touched them)
Bad skill ordering (Example: Warrior Hero has both Fierce Blow and Dev. Hammer, he doesn't understand that he should use Feirce blow after they are weakness'ed by Dev hammer. He just uses adrenaline skills as they charge up. He also doesn't know when to use Shouts or Stances and has even activated 2 stances at once)
Healing priority is messed up (Simple, the priority of who they give heals to is weird. They'll sometimes heal someone that literally is at 95% health while another party member is dying. And I have to basically contorl them if I ever want a solid and trustable flow of heals to Allied NPCs like in the escort quests)

Henchmen/heros can be commanded to travel past portals without activating them. This allows for you to look through their perspective when you're dead and view completely empty cities/areas. The time to do the first mission (save Chehbek) is too low. My friends and I can't get it any lower than around 2:15. He doesn't load until well over half the mission is done by my hero and myself. They need to add some delay before the timer starts.

Jokanur Diggings Coop Mission: Mission NPC will attack sunspear ghosts even when they are not aggressive to the party. She also will not stay with npc's when commanded to stay in one location. In addition, Sunspear Ghost that steals book got stuck on stone pedestal. I could advance to the next area, got the "Test of Perseverance" header, but the the ghost carrying the book would not respond to tell us to guard him. Killing the corpses around him did nothing, nor did killing the sunspear ghost stuck on the previous pedestal.
Evidently, something about the first ghost being stuck stopped the next ghost from letting us continue.

Two CTD bugs involving equipment:

But the Flamingo's in the quest near the Harbor are only moving because they can't go another way. It's definitly not like the Hog quest where you basicly scare him away towards the farmer. The flamingo's just stand there, if you walk by them they will just continue what they were doing.
Basicly this makes the quest extremly hard. When you're done with 1 Flamingo, another one will already be somewhere in the middle.
Also it is ver unclear (to me?) where u need to lure the flamingo's to.
Last night I also had a problem with the Ele hero.
I've given him necro skills. Like Spiteful Spirit, Wells and other blood spells.
Our group was agroing one group. While the Ele hero was running towards the other group, agroing them, and running back to us. And no I didn't use flags for it.
Sometimes he even tended to walk like 2 times the agro range to get a new group.
It went all pretty fine once I setted the mode to Defensive, instead of Agressive.

The quest, "Corsair Vengeance" does not say that the elder must survive, yet when she dies, the quest is failed. I was quite annoyed by this and the old biddy insists on Leeroying the corsairs.

Just a couple of bits to add (and nothing serious) - the female dervish's ponytail spins out the wrong way in one part of her dance (looks extremely odd lol!) and some of the collector tags on the missions map were incorrect about what they collected - the only one I can remember is in the Cliffs of Dohjok but there may be more...

The Ranger hero was able to charm a pet using the charm pet skill, but the pet didn't stay persistent. When I zoned, the pet would disappear from the allies list, requiring the hero to recharm a new pet.

I have the sunspear armour wich you can get for a female necromancer. out of intrest i tested how well it dyes with the same mix i have on my Tyran Necro - 1x Blue and 1x Silver. here are the results:
As you can see there are still some areas left the origional red
the "burned" areas on the skin clash a bit too

dunno if anyone has mentioned this bug yet but the skill Natural Stride is bugged.
For x seconds move 33% faster and block 50% this stance ends if you become hexed or enchanted.
problem is it also ends if you become effected by a preperation a spirit or a condition probably other things as well.
this really annoyed me as it was otherwise one of my favorite skills during the event. If this has already been mentioned i apologize

One thing though, that monk hero, Dunksoro or something, didn't cast any healing spell on me no matter what mode I put him at. Is this intended?

The heroes worked fine with a couple of exceptions;
- The commands didn't work properly, I could tell them to go somewhere but it was impossible to cancel the order afterwards. That meant I had to make new flags every time I wanted to move them.
- They aren't always very bright when it comes to energy, I gave one of them Ether Signet to test it out. He didn't exactly wait for his energy to drop before using it.
- If you give a hero Balthazars Aura, he'll cast it on 4 people automatically. Mostly he does choose well, but this taxes his energy. I didn't have time to check if a bonder build works properly, but it would've been difficult to test with all the disenchanters around anyway.
- Traps and spirits don't work very well, but I can understand why not and for my sake it can stay like it is. The only thing I see as a remotely possible solution to it is to disable certain skills unless the player activates them manually.
All in all, I'm very glad with the way the heroes turned out. They aren't gibbering morons, but they aren't rocket scientists either. Good job Anet.

My heroes were surviving much better then my allied heroes were that did not use the check system to train their hero AI.
Final lev for me was lev 17 and heroes were lev 16. for 1st three and lev 14 for the 4th...

In the Joharu Diggings mission, the bonus is nearly impossible to complete as the NPC Ally attacks the Sunspear Ghosts if you stand still. I noticed if you are moving, the NPC Ally won't attack, is that on purpose or simply a bug?
In the Trial of Perserverance the conversation between the NPCs didn't trigger so the Ghost did not walk the tablet to the pedastal. People in guildwarsguru IRC and my Guild also experienced this bug.

The illusion henchman. (forgot name) (hench, so NOT hero)
she uses the following skills (that i've seen):
-empathy
-cry of frustration
-leech signet
- (probably) res signet
so theoretically its a domination hench (with leech signet as some sort of energy management) and NOT an illusion one.

I was unable to see pings on the mini map during the event. That was true regardless of whether I was in a PvP area (95% of my weekend) or PvE (the other 5%). When the event ended, the ability to ping returned (i.e., it wasn't a problem with my system).

I do not know if this has been posted or not. When I tried to select any of my heroes useing either the "target next ally" or "target ally 2-4" buttons, I have preset to my number pad, It would not select them at all. It was as if they simply did not exist...If I wanted to heal them or put an enchantment on them I had to target them by hand via the mouse.

Heroes/Henchies follow orders but allies DON'T, they just follow me like a pet, and die stupidly like old henchies, and worst, if an ally die, mission/quest fail.
So, if you (developers) are adding smart orders to NPCs, do it completely.
There are a mission in Factions (Arborstone) when the ally Danika almost always make the mission fail at the end, running to a very dangerous monsters. I hope when I buy Nightfall, I could complete that mission without problems (with heroes/henchies) clicking in the ground and seeing Danika IN the flag and not running to dead until I release henchies. That's one example, there are a lot.
I remember one ally in one of the Nightfall missions walking through dangerous fire when my heroes were safe in the flag.
