Attributes are now under the "K" key. You can also change your secondary profession on the fly. Provided you bought another one or did the quests. If you have a secondary profession that is not showing up, then go to the desert and switch out your secondary profession by talking to one of the quest ghosts.
I LOVE this feature. Switching between MM necro and SS necro was always a pain and this makes it so much easier.

Attempting to hit the button that pops up the hero skill bar (the one next to his name in the party window) made the client crash, while in a town.

Same with me - click the little icon next to Koss's name and everything freezes.
Also, Koss didn't seem to be doing any attacking at all, just standing around even when I called a target (ctrl+enemy) although the other henchies were quite happily attacking.
Have sent an error report now.

Every time I click the thing where you can order Koss to use skills I freeze and can't do anyting..

The Hero flags are majorly messed up for me. I cannot remove the flags from the playing field. I try and double click the icon but it doesn't work. Once I have laid a flag down on the playing field, I cannot remove it, only change it's location. I see a faded X on the end after the three individual hero flag buttons beneath the compass. I would think that if this button was actaully enabled, I would be able to use the x to turn off the flags. but it's not activated so I can't do that.
Also I can't see the flag icons on the compass map, and can't see pings on the compass either. After I finish drawing something on the map, it instantly disappears.

UPDATE: As of the latest GW update, the little "1" button next to Koss's name is now functional and should not crash your game anymore.

Heres a list of things ive noticed so far.
1) some characters... Instead of walking they.. SLIDE into position. this might be me switching screens at the beginning though.
2) THANK YOU! Mouths are finnaly moving. I also like the text and the some time later feature for no specific reason.
These are two major things ive seen with the clipscenes. Hopefully we can gather bugs here so that anet doesnt have to look around everywhere

Clipscenes problem
- Switched screens after completing char, Came back and scene started. Instead of walking into their positions, The people "slid" into their positions instead of walking to. Not sure if this happens without switching, Just making it detailed. this happened 70% of the time.

My guildmate who I was playing with all afternoon has none of these problems whatsoever even though he's using the same build. Weird.

Where to start...
The hero function doesn't seem to be working really at all. Koss is there, beyond that there is nothing. He won't move to the point I move his flag, when it allows me to even do that. Setting his mode to aggressive, passive or defesnsive makes no difference whatsover, he will attack whatever the heck he wants when and if he desires to do so. The skill that I equip for him don't get used, in fact in order to get him to use the specific skills, I had to unequip all the ones that I didn't want him to use. Calling targets has no effect on his behavior whatsoever, nor does retreating from battle or moving his flag. Any attempts to click on functions for him leads immediately to a game freeze or being kicked completely.
Quite similar issues with the henchemen, only worse. The flag does absolutely nothing unless you are standing alone well away from any enemies. In that case if you put the flag down, they will dutifily stand around it, but if anything wanders into compass, I mean just barely onto the screen, everyone heads for it. They don't stop short either, some of them will run to the other side of it to attack, thus pulling additional mobs into the fray, all the while I am standing back by the pretty flag that I put down before they all decided to get gung-ho suicidal. Really the flags seem to be nothing more than pretty pieces of scenery in their current state.
The A.I. is now absolutely useless in prophecies and factions, and I suspect that i am only able to make do with it thus far in Nightfall because the mobs are such low level that there is considerable room for error.
On the upside, the landscapes are quite nice, and the new characters are fun to play with. I really look forward to playing the latest chapter. Unfortunately, I don't see that as a realistic possibility in the near future since the A.I. doesn't seem like it is even ready for beta testing at this point.

Don't know if this is a bug or not, but going to report it as one as it is a very bad thing:
You can't select heros in the party list with the keys on the number pad (or whatever you have your keys bound to select allies)
This is particularly annoying if I am monking. Not all players use the mouse. I use it for almost nothing in the game right now, and the time it takes me to switch just to heal the hero = dead hero.
Please fix!

I believe the skill bar on the hero only crashes after you have edited the skill list. If you leave the hero with his/her default skill bar, then opening it does not crash. (if someone else could verify this, it might help).

Slight glitch with the portal from Champion's Dawn to Cliffs. If you're hugging the wall just south of it, you'll approach the corner of the archway structure and, without even seeing the portal, trigger it and zone unexpectedly.

In the second Mission, where you go through 3 trails to beat the rock guy there are 2 bugs i faced, in 2 different instances of the mission.
1) In the third trail where you have to protect Kahdash as it moves the stone, If you go past Kahdasg and kill the skeletons in front of him without first letting him so through his dialogue, the mission is unbeatable. He will NOT go anywhere or start walking anywhere - EVER - so the mission stops there.
^Just happened 10 minutes ago, tryed mission again and it works fine if you let him go through his dialogue.
2) The boss for that mission, Apyochia or w/e, is glitched. When you engage him in combat it uses a skill simply called "Monster Skill" with no skill desp., and reverts back into his "Stone Wall" form [like what he looked like at the start of the cutscene] and stays that way until you kill him (so he never uses anything and never attacks).
^happened 30 secs ago. I guess they were trying to lessen his dmg (Before he WTFPWNT, doing sometimes like 300dmg in one hit) and ended up breaking his code...

In the quest Missing Shipment, there is only one shipment of Ink that drops, so if there are multiple people in your party that have the quest active, only one person can complete it - whoever has the ink. Trading the ink completes the quest for the person recieving the ink, but uncompletes it for the person losing the ink.
Also, there was another quest, I can't remember it's exact name, where you had to follow some NPC whose name began with an E along the river banks and kill him at the end, he was level 15... either way, the quest star did not update on the mini map.

This isnt really a bug, but rather something that needs to be modified slightly. The henchmen controls are great. The only problem I have is when you have a waypoint set and the party wipes, the moment you spawn, all the henchies try to run back to that waypoint. I think when the party wipes, the waypoint should reset to avoid a massive hench movement into a meat grinder.
Oh, one more thing. The drop rates for the stuff to make foods for the chef quest need to be improved. Eventually I was level 9 and decided to solo for the rest of them which still took quite some time. I hunted the skales, igon (whatever), and drakes on and off for several hours and levels before I finally got them all for that quest. Just minor details.
Still need a way to prevent henchies from res'ing during illogical times. DP goes up really fast when res'ed at the wrong time.
I'm stopping here before I turn this into a suggestion box rather then a bug report. I do have to say, I love the paragons!

Some small possible bugs I’ve found:
Donno if this one is a bug or just something specifically for beta, but I was able to walk right through a gate from the Cliffs of Dohjok and into Beknur Harbor at level 4. Although, it is nice to wander around the Cliffs and Zehlon Reach with a group of 8 and a healer that was exactly 3x my level.
For the quest Quality Steel (I think), after finishing the quest, the character Poturi turns into an Instani Peasant. You can still finish the quest by clicking on the Instani Peasant, though.
For the quest A Decayed Monument, after completion, Vadben did not come back. I had to rezone to bring him back to collect my reward.
For the quest To Dye For, after completion the Collector Nenah did not remove the flowers from my inventory, which would only create the small concern about users that completed the quest trading it to other users for completion without having to do anything.
For the quest Voices in the Night, there were double of the trapped voices (instead of 3 there were 6). Each one had a green text version and a yellow text version. Although this might be a workaround to allow user selections and speech bubbles, rather than a bug.
The Collector Chef Lonbahn has the green exclamation mark above the head that does not go away when she is selected, and nothing extra happens (like offering a quest) except bringing up the normal Collection prompt.

Another bug with the heroes;
On my heroes I can use all skills I've unlocked for their class, so can my girlfriends brother. My girlfriend can only use a handful of skills which seems to be chosen at random.

My paragon only gains , with 6 ranks of leadership, 3 energy when i use a chant. Even if every ally is within shout ranger, i only get 3 energy.. help?

I have noticed that the hair for my female Dervish is partially obscured by my guild cape (I have the long braid type). I would hate to have to hide my guild cape in order to see the hair fully.
This is not a bug, but a UI issue I don't like. I like to flip the skills around in my skill bar on occassion - not change them out, but just re-arrange them. I would prefer not to have to open the new skill UI in order to do so, but want to just to be able to rearrange the positions on the normal skill bar as was done before the update.
I also think the new Attribute/Skill AI is a bit bulky. Sometimes I just want to tweak attributes and not change any skills, and vice versa. I would like to see the attributes kept on the Hero UI panel. I had to increase the size of the new combo panel in order to view it comfortably, especially after adding a second profession. I am actually using up more screen space with the new UI than I did having both the Skill and Hero panels open at the same time. I would say keep the old interface for player characters, and use the new one strictly for the Hero NPC's. I think it works much better that way, than having the new mode for all.

Unknown quest (leads to Jokanur Diggings, you first need to clear some kind of mining area in Cliffs of Dohjok) unlocked wrong (?) skills.
My P/D unlocked a couple of Monk spells.
