ok. i've got to 89.9% with no help, just by wall hugging and clearing every zone. I learned the hard way from 100% in Tyria. (which i have btw)
so i know i'll get 0.1-0.2% when i do pogahan passage, but other than that i'm stumped. The Tyrian difference map trick doesnt work (very well) for Elona. I did it and its almost completely black. So i'm back to screen flipping.
I'll keep you updated, but for now could someone look at my map. http://www4.ncsu.edu/~ajdeboer/gw029.bmp

Well Pogahn Passage got me more than i thought, but its still not enough, even with the small spots that you, kahieyeh, pointed out. I'm up to 99.5% though.
I know where there is 0.1-0.2% but unfortunately this wasnt a elonian born character and you can only get it by doing the tutorial...sigh. Back to screen flipping.

Managed to get 98.9% and got stuck. This is the result of my work:

Map is stiched by myself, using photoshop. It might be imprefect, it also weights 4.1M so I uploaded it to putfile.com
I'll look at it myself, but I'd be grateful for any help. I'm so close to achieving this one.

You have not discovered the entire area of Gandara, the Moon Fortress. A whole western area is fogged. Easy way to map this area is by taking the Poghan Passage mission as no monsters will spawn.

Now I'm at 99.2% and still missing few spots. The problem is that I have absolutely no idea how to uncover some of them. I'll post new map with those spots I can't reveal. Maybe you'll know the way. I tried from all sides without any luck.

Well, i decided to stop being lazy and i started alt-tabbing while waiting for a post. I literally alt tabbed every inch of my map compared to Map 1 from page one of this thread. I now have 99.3 and there are no differences that i can see between my map and Map 1.

Ok, i cannot believe that i have any more of the Bog to map. I took a party of heros down there and killed everything, and painstakingly scraped all the walls, or apparently, so i thought. If someone could post a zoomed in U-map of how it is supposed to look, i would greatly appreciate it.

Some of those should of been obvious to me, I did most of my mapping as I played - forgot I skipped clearing out the Fort to map it. I swear I wall hugged the Bog though, but it did give me some when I went back there - and the Sunspear Arena never crossed my mind.

More than likely a mod deleted it.
If it was a double post it would have been deleted.
Also if you posted a pic which was bigger than 640 pixels in width, it would have been deleted.

Ok. I've been stuck at 99.8% for two days, but finally got another 0.1%. But i can't find the last 0.1%

EDIT - Shortly after posting Our Lady of Sorrow came to the rescue and pointed out my last remaining 0.1% within minutes. And as promised Our Lady of Sorrow recieved the 10k.
Ill find a suitable place to pose for my screenshot and post it up later.

Well, im going to try posting again. For those that think i have not uncovered Latehnda Bog fully, i believe that it was the positioning of the clouds, so let them float enough to clear out the southern section of the bog. Maybe some other people could take a look at my map and try to find more differences, or redirect me to an accurate 100% map that i could alt-tab with, because i have tried using Map 1 of this thread to no avail. 5k for each .1 that you can point out, and if you get all .7 that im missing you get 50k.

Hi Merraton...
Maybe I can help with this one spot. I just got it two nights ago. I got it from where the little red dot is. I pushed up against the rock beside it and out into the ocean for a second or two, and the fog poofed.
But then again maybe it just won't disappear for some. I'm absolutely stymied by the bit of fog over the inlet/lake (your image #5). I've come at it from every direction, stood still for several seconds in several places, looked for hidden paths, etc., and I still have more fog there than Silent Vex does on his/her map. It just won't disappear for me.

I have looked at other maps, I have done the comparisons, I've recovered paths and at 98%, I can't find my missing places. Seems doing this for the Tryian map was easier. I know others are further along but if someone could take a look and see what my old tired eye's are missing, I would be greatful. Thanks in advance.
