Compared your map to my 100%, sure look alike!
Maybe try:
Lahtenda Bog, south-east edge.
Mehtani Keys, north-east edge.
Passageway between Resplendent Makuun and Wilderness of Bahdza. (try getting as close as you can to both ends, working around whatever you call those teleport things)
Crystal Overlook, south-west edge, just south of point where edge changes from north-south to northwest-southeast trending.
Best bet:
Holdings of Chokhin, west edge, the western-most reachable point on my map is missing from yours. Just south of the dark-blue pool on the mapview.

at the end of your gw.exe start up add the extension -bmp and it will take them in bmp instead of jpg

I let this sit for quite some time but recently started playing again and decided to finish scouting the 3rd continent. I first made a stitched map but couldn't find anything missing. In getting the instructions for the difference map method, I remembered how I did it with the other 2 continents. I copied my map as a layer on top of a 100% map in Photoshop, then just toggle the visibility on an area zoomed in. Keep toggling until you find the spots. I'm sure this is the same for everyone but I had several spots on my map that were not cleared on the 100% map. Now I'm ready for the next version.

I think you're talking about the sunspear arena. You can go there regardless of rank/level or home continent just can't fight there. you can get there by talking to the arena guard in the north east corner of Kamadan

The area that opens is random so you can either keep trying until all the areas are open or just keep restarting until th SW area opens.
If you are missing 5% you are missing A LOT more then tombs.

How many gates are you opening before restarting, just one? 2 gates just scoring in the first area is the easiest to open at a time. If you try for 3 you'll be lacking some greater infestations in that first area, but 2 is easily doable and vastly increases your chances of getting the gate you want.

After finishing Tyria and 99.8% of Elona I finally realized the clouds are not random. It makes it a LOT easier to compare the zoomed out maps if you time your screen capture to match the timing of whoever's 100% map you are using. With zero cloud movement it is MUCH easier to see the missed areas. Now I have GMC on Elona. I have toyed with the idea of writing a little keyboard robot to time the keystrokes precisely however needing to mouse click to zoom the map out is slowing that idea down( may have to actually code instead of using a simple macro from my keyboard people).

The clouds always start at the same time when you go to your M map. If you take the screen capture as soon as you zoom out then the clouds will be closely matched.
