Is the name of the next chapter! Now I'm not spreading rumors, there's many sources on this.

Remember how Faction and Nightfall name was discovered?
On the PCGamer issue on GW:Nightfall, it stated that Dervish was a profession that came up during a brainstorm session on Faction. This kind of thing can happen again. Here's a Nightfall concept art revealing a flail wielding warrior. It could be a profession in C4

While I'm tempted to believe it the first two 'proofs' that you've shown could have been put up by just about anyone. A Forum thread and a entry on a wiki just doesn't cut it.
As for the Registered domain name (which is causing the temptation to believe) I suggest you try domain searches on other guildwarsetcetc.com domain names and you'll find that they are also registered.

It's clear that the Utopia name was registered by NCSoft, so I won't get into that. Looking at past titles, each one was the overall basis for the chapter.
Prophecies = Flameseeker Prophecies
Factions = Luxons/Kurzicks
Nightfall = Abaddon's return
It seems most are trying to break the word Utopia down by its Greek roots, yet I haven't seen one poster display the actual definition of the word. However, I do think the answer to the main storyline to the campaign has already been posted. ANet has left some open storylines in the past, some minor and some major, but with the introduction of Nightfall, I think ANet is trying to answer all those questions players have been asking since Prophecies. Storylines such as "Who or what are the Titans?", "Who was the Prophet from Factions and why did Vizier Khilbron read the Forbidden Scroll?", among other interesting little tidbits and plotlines.
That's why I say the answer has already been posted as the hidden city of the Mursaat. The definition of Utopia is:
1 : an imaginary and indefinitely remote place
2 often capitalized : a place of ideal perfection especially in laws, government, and social conditions
3 : an impractical scheme for social improvement
With the plots of the evil that has plagued each chapter up till now has reached a climax, maybe its time to see how and why was the other, seemingly neutral/chaotic good (DnDers
) side involved, meaning the Mursaat and the Seers. Perhaps our heroes will cross the world to reach the Maguuma Jungle and beyond to find what Saul D'Alessio found that no one else has found. Kormir said we (heroes) were never alone and perhaps she being the new God of Secrets will show us the way to this "imaginary and indefinitely remote place" for reasons only C4 will tell us.
Just brainstorming and some wishful thinking as it would be nice to know the origins and really any new information regarding the Mursaat and the Seers.

Utopia, a book written by Sir Thomas More (1516) describing the perfect society on an imaginary island.
Was used be some socialists as an inspiration or idea of how to create the best society, Communism. This was Karl Marx i believe, i might be wrong, i'm not sure.
With some hints pointing out that there may be more northern areas, i'm thinking Scandinavia, Greenland and Northern America, mainly Canada, although, they could use inspiration from Sibiria, but I admit to know almost nothing about Sibirian culture.
My first thought was to combine the Scandinavia with Utopia, as many people know. These countries are known to be very humanistic. But this is almost pure speculation and wish thinking.
My initial brainstorm.

Maybe all the people wishing for a departure from the doom and gloom of the past two chapters will get their wish now.
Given that Utopia sometimes has the connotation of "heaven"...could this possibly mean we're being called to fight at the gates of heaven? Dhuum and Menzies' final assault on the Gods after Abaddon's defeat, or possibly some new enemy.

I hope it is something like the Utopia, is the place where the last surviovors of the destruction of Orr was. We have to travel there because that is the last hope to rebuild Orr. Or something about Menzies and Deldrimor. Or something about the Dark River and why everything in Maguuma and The Wildsis abbandoned, and why there are all those weird inscriptions on the stones.
I guess we'll have to wait.

Utopia, I tend to believe, comes from the Greek prefix Eu-(Latinised) and the word topos. Eu- means good, and topos means place. So therefore it means good place or paradise, a Persian word, or either the popular asumption that it does indeed come from Uo- (no/non exisitance) and meaning no place. Probably the latter, but the former is more romantic (if etymology can EVER be romantic).
Anyway, information on chapter four should be released soon, so we may the OP proved right, or wrong.
Edit:
Yes I have just realised Eutopia and Utopia are different. Something was nagging me. Well, a(n) utopia could be a non exisitant place in where the next game takes place. A magical domain perhaps?

Ok I think everyone now know that Utopia means - Paradise
Now that we got that through, I remember on the release of NF there was an artical stating to look out for clues about the next chapter. Anyone found any clues? I think its going to be at the Mursaat home land or Deldrimor.
And I hope the theme this time is either Norse or Aztec/Mayan.
