* Mark of Rodgort: increased recharge time to 15 seconds.
* Searing Flames: decreased damage to 10..100.

Mesmer

* Conjure Nightmare: decreased duration to 2..16 seconds.
* Conjure Phantasm: decreased duration to 2..16 seconds.
* Hex Eater Signet: decreased casting time to 1 second, decreased recharge time to 25 seconds, decreased Energy gained per Hex to 1..4.

Monk

* Convert Hexes: decreased recharge time to 12 seconds.

Necromancer

* Faintheartedness: decreased duration to to 3..28 seconds.
* Reaper’s Mark: increased recharge time to 12 seconds.

* Nature's Renewal: increased Spirit level to 1..13.

I'm glad they fixed Critical agility and nerfed those hexes, also the convert hexes, its nice now.

Didn't Like the nerf of Enraging.. but it's acceptable... Nature's Renewal even with bigger level? oh noes to spiritway..

I actually Will congratulate A-net! I'm proud! you guys nerfed some skills that were overpowered in PvP, and PvE.

I really am happy now. Conjure phantasm is cooler now... And faintheartedness got a nice little duration nerf, which was really awesome.

And the change to Critical agility was needed. it was getting annoying...

Searing Flames needed balance but not in that way, I agree to lessen the dmg but the burning condition should be 1...6.

Wait a minute what was Searing Flames damage before the update? There seems to be something odd about it.

EDIT: Guys on the GW wiki board it shows that before the update it was:

Hurray for Nature's renewal my underdog favorite! New and improved!! Can withstand 3!!!! hits before going away for another 60 seconds. Just kidding, I like most of these, especially hex eater sig. I remember thinking how great that skill would be to completely recharge my energy once per fight... now it may even live up to my remembrances of more naive times.

I would like to point out a likely typo in this however:
Crippling Slash: increased adrenaline gained to 6 strikes.

is in fact:

Crippling Slash: increased adrenaline *cost*

I'm cool with dat. Stopped for a moment to consider a few of my builds (use Enraging Charge in PvE a lot), but I'm confident I can adapt.

And yes, even tho I do use Faintheartedness and Searing Flames myself, I could tell they were over powered. No problems there.

Good move on Convert Hexes .

Interesting to think about. I combine Price of Failure with Reckless Haste sometimes. Scale the PoF time, and bring Reckless Haste's recharge back a bit (20sec?).

The 82 I believe was for the old 12 spec, whereas the 100 is the new 15 spec.

I really don't mind if skills are useless. the more useful skills there are in the already huge pool, the more awkward balancing will be - if they only make a small pool of skills really viable in pvp it will be much easier to balance them. Skills being made useful over time is nice, but it really needs to be carefully done, we all know what it's like when a new chapter comes out :|.

Well this is just great. They roll out the Paragon Sunspear skill, everyone mentions how good it is when they're on fire, and the thing that gets nerfed is my favorite skill, Mark of TROGDOR

Gotta love the way ANet is dealing with things lately, what with the way the spirit spamming problem was "solved" by a soul reaping nerf

Update notes often state the range for 1-15 attribute level.
Wiki tends to state in terms of a 1-12 attribute level. THis might be the source of the discrepency.

Alright I think I see it on their skill page for Searing Flames which has been updated. However I just did not see the update on their “update page” yet. It was kind of confusing from seeing from that side only. Thanks.

Golf clap for Anet, this is a really awesome update. Searing flamesway and hexes got punched in the groin, which is a good thing. Considering I've been running hex eater siggy on a hex eater vortex/shatter hex mesmer anyway, this is pretty nice.

Ugh, STOP NERFING Searing Flames. It's a fantastic spell, and I honestly don't care when i see it in PVP. Why? Because it's easily dealt with. It's an Elite for a reason.

Good update, addressed some necessary problems.
Nice step in the right direction unlike the last update which did nothing apart from make crip shot viable imo

The change to enraging charge now requiring 14 str to hit the break point ... comm'n 14 str means you have to drop your weapon attribute in favour of a major str if u want to hit this breakpoint. Bit unreasonable considering its only 1 extra adrenaline gain. Maybe it was used a bit too often, therefore warrenting a nerf. Will be considering other skills now though I'll admit since its 3 gain @ 10str, guess this was the point of the hit.

Overall nice update, will like to see how it impacts the game.

Yes we use it in TA for a couple of builds when hexes are out to play, but with oath shot so it has little effect :P
