One always seems to spam Stone Daggers alot more than the others, which doesn't trigger VwK. They also seem to have a huge energy pool, but of course Ele attune and Stone Daggers can be spammed alot. I usually take Pain Inverter to help finish off that last one, or you can just pull him to another group and eventually he will die. You won't beable to solo Vanquish the Peninsula though, there is alot of Crimson Skulls that would be really difficult to kill... Gotta watch out for the Crimson Rits mostly, just move out of the way of Wanderlust. If you take AntiKD and Pain Inverter, I think it might be possible to do. Maybe ill give it a try sometime, jus to see if it could farm all the Crimson out.
You could also go 600hp Rt/MO and dual with Spell Breaker monk to Vanquish areas. It would be quicker than solo, and it would fix any problems with Kappa. You could even do it with SoJ monk instead of Spellbreaker, as Spell Breaker ain't completely needed, but could help in some areas. You would have VWK (37 steal), Retribution (19dmg), Holy Wrath (39dmg), and to top it off SoJ doing 50-53 damage. Thats alot of damage to enemies attacking, 148 damage to each enemie with each hit taken, not to mentioned the extra damage from using Vengeful Weapon or Pain Inverter. SoJ might be good to interrupt those Rits by knocking them down while they gettin ready to cast Wanderlust. They wand, then try to cast a spell, will KD/interrupt them.

First of all, nice build.
/highfive
Secondly, could you take the time to get some more videos up of farming spots with this build? Would be a great help mate.

Well I pretty much got all the good places to farm in the videos. There are a few other places, but the runs might be too long, or they can take alittle longer to kill enemies, or the farm just ain't as effecient/successful and could require alot of experience with the build. I usually don't bother recording areas that have knockdowns, or interruptions since those two things could possibly get you killed no matter what you do. Then again, I don't think there is enough other places to make another misc farming video... I'll try to see what I can come up with.

Which Luxon Sins are you referring too that have ele's with them?
WingsOfDarkness
the ones at the bridge during the halcyon job quest...either way, running to them or suiciding then spawning at them, they have ele's, necros, and monks...and they dont spawn like in the video, they are already there when i arrive...so maybe its just me, probably did something wrong :P

you gotta pull that boss to the top left cornor, so you dont arrgo them
WingsOfDarkness
Just to make sure I'm even in the right spot...I attached a pic...I see no boss at all, anywhere...on the way, or at the location (assuming I went to the right place) There seems to be no way to pull the Assassins without the other guys running there too.And the Ele's knock me out before the Sin's even get to me.Perhaps I am just a noob Just trying to sort it out!Whether I am doing something wrong, in the wrong place, or if rather than nerfing the build they just made it harder or not possible to farm this spot.Never farmed before trying this build heh

You need to get the quest called Halcyon Job from Captain Lexus in Cavalon. You keep the quest in your log for as long as you want to farm it. There is no need to abandon it since you don't complete it. You don't need talk to the guy at the ship either, you just ignore them and go to the farming spot. If you don't have the right quest, you will get mixed groups of luxon there instead all assassins. If you need help, just pm me in game some time and I'll show ya. If you already completed the quest before, there is no way to get the quest again unless you make another rit

Got the quest, it is active, never completed... =/ So now I am really confused.Perhaps I have another quest that interferes with it or something.I never talk to the guy on the boat, I either suicide and get moved straight to the assassins, or I just run there taking out the Oni on the way...I'll give it a few more shots then pm in game I guess XD
Edit: Stupid me, knew it was my own fault :P I am on a quest called protect the halcyon.I guess it comes first, heh. Sorry! And thanks for the help!

You can farm Am Fah Assassin's using "Street Justice" quest. Not the same farm, but similar with all sin pop ups. You can farm other enemies on the way too, including ele boss if you can handle mesmer interrupts.

Yep, according to WIKI you have already completed The Halcyon Job if you have the quest Protect the Halcyon, so you won't be able to farm that.
WingsOfDarkness
Yeah, I just saw that too. It's to be expected, I have had this Rit since the day Factions was released, I guess I just didn't remember doing it, seeing as I am all Kurzick. But somewhere along the way, it looks like I did.But that's ok, yay for bad memory haha!Plenty more to farm!

Special Story: For all who didn't know, this time of year during the Dragon Festival is very special to me. It is a special time for me because, it was the exact time 330hp had spawned into the world of Guild Wars . If you are a 330hp fan, and would like to read a little story behind the exact moment that started it all... Enjoy
================================================== ========
Last year, during the Dragon Festival, I was doing the Festival quest with my Ritualist to collect Victory tokens to trade for goods. When I was about to go on and complete the final quest, Darkness at Kaitan, I realized that it had spawned many Naga outside Tsumei Village... I knew right off, that it would be great to farm in Hardmode. Well, I set up my old 105hp Rt/Mo VwK build and headed into Panjiang Peninsula with Hard Mode enabled. My first run I was very excited with the fact on how good the farm really was, and I did many runs the first couple days of the festival. For some reason, while in the middle of killing a group of Naga, I had this thought which asked myself, how I could get more damage out of my build? Well for some reason, I thought of Retribution, but I knew that it wouldn't do any damage with only 105hp while using SoA and Shielding Hands. Almost Immediately I thought of Spirit Bond and 15AL armor to use with higher health to allow Retribution to do more damage. At this point I started getting really excited, and stopped my farming to run off and get 15AL armor. While getting my armor, I started thinking of how much health I should actually use... For some reason I had this idea of using a certain amount of health that would allow me to negate all damage with the 37 life steal from VwK, while using Protective Spirit, and at the same time allowing Retribution to reflect a decent amount of damage to atleast make a significant difference. Again, I almost instantly thought of using 330 health for some out of the blue reason. This was when everything started to fall into place almost perfectly, as you can imagine... I also knew exactly how much damage Retribution would reflect, knowing that Retribution allows 33% damage back to enemies while using 330hp, it would do exactly 10 damage back. At last, all my attributes had also fell into place without any further thought, and met all the demands of the concept build. Along with all this, I also knew that Essence Bond would trigger all the time, since I would be taking damage from enemies to trigger Spirit Bond. And again, that was a great thing for energy as my old 105hp builds didn't always trigger Essence Bond while using Shielding Hands. With this, I didn't need Shielding Hands or SoA if I had Spirit Bond there to keep me alive. The excitement grew and grew every second from there on...
Everything was starting to come together and make sense. This was exactly what I was looking for when I thought of using something for extra damage with a VwK build. I set up as quickly as I can, knowing how excited I was on how fast everything came together. At this point, I had my 15AL armor set up for farming with 330hp, and had everything I needed on my skill bar (VwK, Vw, PS, SB, Ret, Essence, Balth's) except for one open skill slot. I thought "Hmmm... what could I use" I then decided to head off to skill traders to check out my options. I wanted something I can use for more damage that would be a low energy cost skill with a decent recharge time. Well, I checked everything I could for Restoration spells or any other Ritualist skills, and came up short of nothing useful. I then, thought of Smiting spells, and started looking through all the skills. After going through a few traders, I ended up at Kamadan. I ran to the Skill trader, knowing how anxious I was to hurry up and try out my new concept build. I clicked on the skill trader, scrolled down to the Smiting skills, and there it was! Just what I was looking for... Reversal of Damage! I quickly bought the skill, and added to my skillbar. I knew that it could be useful, but wasn't sure exactly how useful. I read the description and knew that it would reflect 42 damage back to enemies with 8 points in Smiting, but obviously I thought that it would only do 33 damage back, since I would only take 33 damage from enemies with Protective Spirit while using 330hp. Finallly, that was the last thing to get started and on the move to go test it out. And so I went...
Since I was excited about the new farm I had found while farming with my 105hp Rt/Mo build, I wanted to take my new build to that exact place to test it out. I traveled there as fast as I could, turned on Hard Mode, and ran out the exit of Tsumei Village into Panjiang Peninsula. I then applied my enchantments, ran to the first group, casted on Protective Spirit and Spirit Bond, and away I went, like a Kamakazi, but not knowing what was about to happen. I instantly used VwK as enemies started to attack... OMG! OMG! IT WORKS! It was working so smoothly I could not believe it! knowing I only had a split second thought about a simple idea, that ended up being something great. I also found out that Reversal of Damage worked better than I expected! It actually did the full 42 damage (with 8 in smiting) instead of doing 33 damage I thought I would do. And, so I went on and blazed through all the Naga excited as hell, with my heart pumping full of adrenaline. Before I knew it, I was done with my very first test run and mapped back to town. With what little concious I had left, I couldn't believe what just happened. I just did my very first test run, and blazed through it without a single problem! This was the moment that spawned the build, and then came the name "330hp Vengeful Spirit Bonder". Still full of excitment, I went ahead and did as many runs as I could handle...
After doing numerous runs, I was so excited I couldn't wait any longer. I had to post this build on Guru as soon as possible... knowing that I had only created it just an hour before. I didn't even give myself a chance to test the build thoroughly, mainly because I knew that if it would work better on those Naga than my 105hp build, it would work anywheres else.
THE END... that started a whole new beginning.
================================================== =======
Knowing that this was a special time of the year for my 330hp build, I just had to make a video of the same exact area/farm where it all started. You can only farm this special place once a year. So here it is:
330hp Rt/Mo - Farming Darkness at Kaitan (Naga)
*You will need to complete the first three Dragon festival quest from Imperial Guard Hanso in Shing Jea Monastery in order to obtain the "Darkness at Kaitan" quest. Do not complete the quest or talk to the guy in Panjiang Peninsula that is waiting for you. He will follow you if you update the quest, so make sure you just ignore him. You can farm this quest as many times as you want without needing to abandon it, since you won't complete the objectives. The quest will last up to 6-7 days after the Dragon Festival ends.
*This farm is not only a great deal to 330hp, but it also yields alot of goods. I farmed over 60+ Monstorous Fangs, 30+ Monstorous Claws, with many warrior and ele tomes, along with many gold Sunqua Blades, and many other golds all within a week of farming this quest. The run only takes about 4-6 minutes, but it is possible to get up to 4-6 golds in one run, along with rare materials like Fangs and Claws. And of course, you will also get Victory Tokens from killing enemies.
================================================== ========
Hope you enjoyed my little story, even though it is kinda weird to write a short story for a farming build! (I know I know, it is kind of rediculous) lol. I know most won't give a sh*t about the story behind a build, but the only reason why I wrote it was, because I created it during the Dragon Festival while farming a festival quest. So yeah, I decided to post a video, and along came the short story for some reason. I thought, that maybe a few people might find it interesting to know where and how the build was created, and why the Dragon Festival is, in a way, special to the build. Please no flaming, don't take the fun out out of all this. hehehe.
Have Fun! and Peace Out.

Thanks again, mate.

What are the most profitable places to farm with this build? Yeah, it can still farm UW HM... It is not easy, and not the best way to farm ectos, but it is challenging and can be rewarding. It takes alot of patience and practice, along with some money for entrance fee.
Saying which areas are the most profitable is pretty tuff to say. I get asked that alot, but I can never give them a real answer. All I can say is, try out as many farming areas as you can and see which areas you think are good. You will eventually find your own favorite farms. But any areas with Inscribable weapons is best for profit, such as farming NF Island or EoTN. Inscribable weapons give you way more mods/inscriptions you sell to other people, and some can be worth up to 15-20k like 20% Forget Me Not. Nightfall Island has alot of places where 330hp is very capable of farming, this would be a good place to start. Have fun.

I've been loving the good ol' VwK rit for a while now but I have to say that last Dragon Fest quest is a brilliant farming quest. Its a shame its not available all year round.
Over the weekend I've had several runs yielding 4-5 gold drops as well as many perfect Sunqua blades. (softened the blow of spending 200k on the 9 rings without getting r3 in Lucky lol)

Indeed it's a bummer that that quest is not available year round, but it's sweet that it'll be around for a week or so even after the event. Spent most of the event working (har har) on lucky title, now that it's over I can focus on some farming

how in the world do i kill the sensali in jaya bluffs? I'm fairly good at using the 330 by now, i can kill pretty much everything listed and a few that aren't, but i just can't seem to stay alive long enough to manage the sensali. I hear they are very good for feathers wich can sell for quite a bit once stacked. I've tried just about everything I can think of. I don't have nightfall but not having that one skill shouldn't make them impossible, as it doesn't hurt not having it anywhere else.
I've tried bringing shielding hands to cover damage issues durring VwK downtimes that didn't work, even tried bringing healing breeze running off the remaining points with a +5 regen going to counter the degen and it just does not work.
Am i trying to kill the wrong groups? The only ones i see have necros in em and i just can't survive the whole group.
any help would be greatly appreciated as i'm trying to find a farm where i can make a steady amount of cash.

It has been awhile since I last farmed them, I do remember they can be difficult to stay alive because of the necros. It shouldn't be that hard though, it is possible. I used original skill set from what I remember. If you have to, pull the remaining necros to another group... or take something like Pain Inverter to kill them quicker, that might of been something I took to make it easier...
Also, if you want to get crap loads of feathers, farming Naphui Quarter is by far the best place.

Thanks for the input RezDogg. I've done Naphui I just heard good things about stacking feathers off the sensali and figured they would be easy like everything else on that island but it turned out differently...I'll try out the pain inverter idea and see how that goes. I was only attempting them from what i'd heard so i'll probably go back if you think nahpui is better for feathers. Awesome build btw used to run a basic vwk rit and have since completely replaced it with the 330.

Well one thing about farming enemies like Tengu in low level areas such as in prophecies or factions, is that the low level areas drop a smaller quantity of material drops such as cloth, tanned hide, bones, and feathers (NM is same as HM when it comes to common matz). The enemies in max level areas drop higher numbers at one time. Sensali on the Factions island would probably only give you about 5-10 feathers at a time, maybe alil more... I am not sure how much exactly. But the Tengu in Nahpui Quarter will drop 15-20+ everytime... so yeah, it is alot better to farm Feathers in Nahpui Quarter, not to mention there is some decent Celestial skins to farm at the same time. In the end, Nahpui Quarter would be alot more profitable to farm than in lower level areas.

You mean Zaishen Challenge? I do have a video for farming IWAY warriors in Zaishen Challenge. But I never actually tried using it against other groups, especially casters. One thing about using the build in pvp, is that there is no Hard Mode... so enemies won't do enough damage to trigger spirit bond most of the time. If anything you can try using 105hp or Rt/Me Echo VwK. Using Spirit Bond against weak enemies won't be too good for the build, especially taking on casters that do wand damage. But I wouldn't recommend 330hp to be used for farming Balthazar Faction, since there is alot better and quicker ways to do so... Like using an Ele or Ranger to solo Zaishen Challenge.

Heh i have to agree farming balthazar faction with the 330 on the IWAY Warriors is a pain its very inconsistent. Sometimes you'll do 4 runs with no problems and then all of a sudden they will just pwn your face by interrupting everything. Its better to use a more reliable build as far as balth faction goes.

Scourge Healing and Pain Inverter is a good combo, but if there is more than 2 star lights, than you would still have trouble. Best thing to do is jus ignore the star lights, especially if you only takin on one enemy. If you have to, pull that 1 star light to another group of enemies so you can get some energy to finish him off. If there is more than 2 enemies in a group, or if you aggro more than 2, just ignore them and keep farming other groups... they will turn around eventually.

Well UW is mainly just for the challenge of soloin it with ritualist, it wouldn't be something that would be best to farm over and over, in my opinion anyways... There are better ways to farm ectos. You do get an ecto here and there, but it does take along time to do a full Smite run, and can be quite difficult and not 100% effecient. The Graspings are the only enemies that the build really has problems with, since there is no really dependable protection against Interruptions and Dazed. There are a few things to do against Graspings to maybe give you a higher chance of killing them, but I haven't farmed it enough to completely test things out. Mindbender, Purifying Veil are acouple skills that might help... Also, I heard moving around while casting your spells can help against interruptions, I've actually done this with other enemies, but then again haven't fully tested it out against Graspings. Runs can also take aslong as 45-60+ minutes depending on how experienced you are with the build and uw.
I couldn't really say what is the "best" place to farm, but I can tell you that if you go out and try to farm as many areas as you can with the build, you should find your own favorites areas to farm. But mainly places that drop Inscribable Weapons would be best for profit.

I haven't tried it myself, but from what I know, getting past the squids is similar in timing to the E/Me Sandstorm build.

Yup, can get some ectos from Bladed. But something like an assassin would be faster and getting ectos over time, and actually easier to use.
Using 330hp in UW takes alot of practice and patience, it is definately one of the most difficult places to farm with the build... but it is possible. If you got the money and time, and motivation to learn, in the long run it should pay off. I have had alot of people PM me about UW, most of them have alot of problems, but a very few learned enough to farm it effeciently. As for the Graspings, thing is about 330hp is that you won't kill them in one VwK, it takes 2 to 3 max, but that 2nd round of VwK can give you some trouble since they will be tryin to daze you. E/Me kills the Grasping group in one line of skills, and yes they do wait until Graspings use all their Distracting Blows before using their skills... it works with any build that way, but if they are around long enough, you can run into some problems. [purifying veil] is probably the best subsitute for UW, it can help against Bleeding from Bladed, and of course Dazed from Graspings.
Only thing sucks, is when 2 Dying Nightmare pop up, it can be difficult to deal with, but it is possible if you keep on VwK and spam VW, and use Protective Spirit and Spirit Bond as soon as they strip ur enchants. It is best to cast Protective Spirit, let it recharge, and then scan safe areas for DN's.

Not sure what you mean? Using +15/-1 Seize the Day doesn't effect the build... You can use all three of the Maintained enchantments, Retribution, Essence Bond, and Balthazar's Spirit.... If that is what you mean't. If not, mind to clear it up some? If you need the +1 energy pip to regain a bit of energy, just switch off your primary farming set until you ready.

Update:Here is another video showing a few areas you can farm. Enjoy. 330hp Rt/Mo - Misc HM Farming - Part 2 (Video)
I found one different area not mentioned (The Eternal Grove) that could be good for farming Gothic weapons and Kurzick Faction at the same time (just grab blessing from Kurzick Priest). The Eternal Grove Explorable area is a good place to farm mixed mobs of Dragon Moss, Undergrowth, and Kirin, along with one Ele boss you are able to kill using Pain Inverter. Just be careful of Oni pop ups, they don't always happen, but usually if they do pop up, they are around the area of the Ele boss. Enjoy.

Well then, I've been trying to run this build against Jaya Bluffs Tengu in NM, Krytan Tengu and Tusked Howlers in HM.
I follow your directions to a T, yet I still die, seemingly out of nowhere. I don't think the build itself is bad, but I'm having a horrid time getting the hang of it. Also, the slow downtime between fights is sucking out my will to play. I've got to say that this is the most stressful farming build I've ever used...then again, I've never 55'ed before.
That being said, I do want to run this effectively because I put a lot of work into gathering components, capturing skills, etc.
