Hey, guys,
I may repeat myself. Forgive me if I do, but not everyone reads the full thread, right?
I've relayed your comments about the text limitations in the Party Search / Trade window to the programmers who work on the game interface and they're going to take a stab at making some changes. There are text limitations, and some of them need to stay, but the idea they're working with might address that limitation very nicely. We know this is an important issue to you, and it'll be given key attention and will hopefully be changed soon.
The interface changes that I've seen remarked about most are the change to the party window, so that you can't extend and compress it, and the placement of the different windows. (And, sometimes, those sub-windows being resized.) We will be sure to point to this thread in the Community Summary, so that the designers can read your input on the changes. Clear, concise, I like this, I don't care for this and would suggest [this alternative] is very appreciated, as it allows the designers to read through quickly and really see the crux of your comments.
The changes to the UI that made the territories appears to be accessible via the upper-left drop-down menu was an error on our part. It was something that a couple of designers were experimenting with, and as you can see, it was not functional, which is why you got an Err 7 when you tried to hope districts.
It's all tidied now, I just wanted you to know some info about that.
Players have asked that we not update the game in the middle of our tournament series. However, since the ATS runs 24/7, it would be impossible for us to work around that schedule.
I have relayed to the dev team that this is a player concern. However, game updates must come first and we cannot set the timetable for updates – especially emergency updates – based on tournament games. We will do what we can to avoid interruptions whenever possible but will need to roll updates when they’re ready. Thanks for understanding.
As I said, this thread will be linked from the CS, so thanks for your constructive comments and suggestions!
