So they cover with a shout - that's perfectly fine. GftE would be a horrible cover shout most of the time, since it is on for about a fraction of a second for anyone who's attacking. Not much of a cover. The only one worth it for a cover would be WY!, which you can only use every 4 seconds max. It also adds a new dimension to strategy when it comes to shouts and chants. If your only argument against this idea is cover shouts, I think it's a great idea - better than what we have now.
