before H/H you would spend way too much time trying to get into a team..when finally you get into a team...usually fall apart because monk thought it would be nice to bring there pet Moa..

No, /notsigned. I like my heroes. I'm so glad I have them, and I wouldn't mind even having more than 3 at a time. They're my loyal companions, they're always online and ready for anything, they run exactly the builds I want and (usually) go right where I want them to. I can order them around, use their skills for them, and experiment with any idiotic build without them getting all bent out of shape about it.

While I don't mind the odd pug for variety/assistance/suggestions, you have to admit that, like 90% of the thread pointed out, they really suck most of the time. It's one thing if the mission's easy and I'm helping, but I really don't want to be forced to pug everywhere. My guild has like 5 people in it, two of whom rarely play. We're not in an alliance. I'm something of a hermit and don't want to have to PM people on my friends list to see if they're willing to drop what they're doing and buddy up with me. "Just" coming up with 7 people I enjoy being with that are online at the same time and using characters with compatible classes and are at the same point in the same campaign I'm in isn't going to happen.

Take heroes away for a weekend, and I'll spend it playing Sims. :P

Actually, I wouldn't mind that.Most of the time, my heroes are more retarded than most wammos.

I can't imagine finding a whole alliance full of people I can stand to be around. How many people do you have? 8?

I like to play in PUGs and try to do that whenever I can. I wouldn't like it however if there would be a chance that I might be in a PUG with most of the people here on these forums. Let them stay with their H/H.

Or go outside. :P

This thread is so full of fail it makes baby seals cry.

No, most people would go play a different game for the weekend. The big question is how many of those would ever come back. If I can't play alone and I can't play with friends why would I play at all?

I don't PvE much, so I'm probably not a good way to gauge how this would go, but I have PvE'd in my past.

1. In PvE, 90% of monks don't know what the hell they're doing.
2. 95% of PvE Assassins think they have an 80-100 Armor Level and tank.
3. The PvE community seems to be mostly (60%-ish) comprised of 10-12 year olds that are thankful they're moms let them play T-rated games and basically just throw the 8 skills with the coolest names on their bar
4. If I see one more name that is "X YourNameHere X" I might go berserk.
5. No way I would PvE without my Koss and Vekk.


Basically, if you want to PvE with real people, go for it, but don't force people who don't want to to do it.
